About the Role:
Knight Frank Malaysia is seeking a skilled Bid Manager to join our Global Portfolio Solutions team. Based in Kuala Lumpur, this dynamic role involves producing compelling RFP responses, bid proposals, and presentations, supporting business development and opportunity tracking, and managing the Knowledge Library. The successful candidate will work closely with sales leads, marketing, and other stakeholders, providing an essential service in creating winning bid strategies and ensuring high-quality submissions aligned with Knight Frank's brand.
Responsibilities:
What this role involves:
- Write effective, concise and compelling content (responding to RFPs/bids / proposals / submissions, presentations and source material)
- Contribute content to the Knowledge Library platform through development of case studies, CVs, baseline, content and best-in-class answers to
- Work with Sales lead / Bid Team to develop a clear win strategy for each bid and ensure win themes are clear and compelling
- Liaise with relevant internal teams in reviewing the submission documents
- Help ensure bid submission documents are of high quality and adhere to brand guidelines
- Develop, edit, proofread and review graphics, presentations and other messaging materials, as needed
- Assist with driving consistency across all documents in accordance with Knight Frank’s corporate standards and templates
- Proactively assist with business development methodology including opportunity validation, trackers/database, document control on SharePoint
- Track new / existing opportunities using CRM software
- Support the sales team in maintaining and updating standard templates, company statistics and track record, case studies and other relevant documents
- Flexibility to support the Occupier Platform in other areas.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in bid management or related fields, with a background in consulting or real estate a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems and SharePoint.
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to deliver impactful presentations.
- Flexibility and a positive approach in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
