Title: Accounts Intern
Location: Menara Southpoint, Mid Valley Kuala Lumpur
Job Overview:
The Accounts Intern will provide support to the finance team at Knight Frank Malaysia in various accounting tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in data entry and maintaining financial records in the accounting system.
- Support the preparation and processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.
- Participate in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Collaborate with team members on special accounting projects, as assigned.
- Help track and verify financial transactions and documents.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, including filing and organizing financial documents.
- Comply with company policies and accounting standards.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
