Title: Accounts Intern

Location: Menara Southpoint, Mid Valley Kuala Lumpur

 

Job Overview:

The Accounts Intern will provide support to the finance team at Knight Frank Malaysia in various accounting tasks. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in data entry and maintaining financial records in the accounting system.
  2. Support the preparation and processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  3. Assist in bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.
  4. Participate in preparing financial reports and statements.
  5. Collaborate with team members on special accounting projects, as assigned.
  6. Help track and verify financial transactions and documents.
  7. Provide administrative support to the finance team, including filing and organizing financial documents.
  8. Comply with company policies and accounting standards.

 

Requirements:

  1. Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices is preferred.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
  4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  5. Good organizational and time management skills.
  6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
