Scope
Knight Frank is seeking a talented, driven and detail-oriented Sales Support Analyst / Senior Analyst to join our Shared Services Centre within the APAC Occupier Strategy & Solutions team. Our APAC Headquarters is in Singapore and we are looking to grow the team in Kuala Lumpur to support our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who likes a dynamic environment where they can build new tools, share new ideas and really drive change.
Reporting to the Operations and Solutions Lead, the analyst will play a pivotal role in Occupier Strategy & Solutions sales to fulfil data-driven demands. This includes providing crucial analytical insights, optimizing processes and providing comprehensive support throughout the bid process. There will also be opportunities for cross-functional exposure working with Marketing and other global teams on sales-related initiatives.
This is a hands-on role and the candidate should have deep expertise in data analytics, visualization and dashboard management with the ability to flex among various data tools according to the problem and data. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical and possess creative problem-solving skills, is customer obsessed and have foresight to anticipate business needs and balance business dynamics despite constraints. Collaboration is paramount in this role, as the candidate will be expected to liaise with diverse stakeholders. Organization skills are essential for facilitating bid coordination, ensuring adherence to timelines and requirements, and maintaining a comprehensive repository of bid-related materials, such as past proposals, case studies and references.

- Proficient in MS PowerBI, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Hubspot) and bid management software (e.g. Ariba) is a plus
- Willingness to learn

What you will be doing:
- Knowledge Library – work with APAC Solution Development Lead to maintain an online knowledge management platform to store and share data with the company. This is on MS SharePoint so experience in using this software will be a plus.
- Data Collection – work with stakeholders across the business to collect company data around our services on an agreed frequency and upload information onto the Knowledge Management Library
- Proposal Baseline – work with APAC Solution Development Lead to update library for proposal baseline, extracting updated or new baseline from latest proposals and uploading onto the Knowledge Library
- Proposal Support – support sales team in pulling relevant data and baseline from the Knowledge Library. This may include selecting relevant PowerPoint slides from the Knowledge Library and putting them together in a pitch deck. It could also be pulling proposal baseline content and inserting in client templates.
- Sales Reporting – extract data from CRM system to generate sales reporting to inform senior stakeholders on sales trends and performance
- Cross-functional Sales Support – where required, work directly with other stakeholders such as Marketing on sales-related initiatives
