Research & Consultancy Assistant Manager / Executive
Location: Menara Southpoint, Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur
Job Description:
- Responsible in report writing, liaising with clients on the requirement of the studies, attend meetings/ projects’ briefings and make presentations to clients (when required).
- Preparing proposals; to consult director on fee and time frame.
- Ensure that all works relating to market tracking are consistently updated, improve on the storage of information (soft copy and physical storage), ensure that yearly subscriptions to the respective associations are renewed.
- To identify new research materials/publications/subscriptions that are useful for research purpose.
- To update and maintain accuracy of in-house property database
- Provide support to Directors in areas such as preparing presentation materials to clients/investors, answering enquiries on property-related matters from KF offices/investors/media and sit in during general market briefing for investors/potential clients (when required).
Requirements:
- Degree in real estate / property management
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint (PowerBI is a plus)
- Expressive in English (written and spoken)
- At least 2 - 3 years of experience in the property sector, preferably in research, analytics, valuation, consulting or similar fields
