Job Overview:

The Corporate Valuer is responsible for conducting valuation services for a variety of real estate assets, including commercial, residential, and industrial properties. This role involves preparing accurate and high-quality valuation reports, conducting market research, and ensuring timely delivery of reports. The Corporate Valuer will work closely with clients to understand their valuation needs and provide expert advice.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct valuations for a range of real estate assets, including commercial, residential, and industrial properties.
  • Prepare accurate and high-quality valuation reports, ensuring compliance with professional standards and guidelines.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values and market trends.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their valuation requirements and provide expert advice and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, leasing, and research, to gather relevant information for valuation purposes.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, market conditions, and property market trends.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.
  • Ensure timely delivery of valuation reports to meet deadlines.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in property valuation, with a focus on corporate valuation cases.
  • Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies and techniques.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in property valuation.
  • Excellent analytical and research skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality valuation reports within deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Client-focused with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proficiency in property valuation software and Microsoft Office applications.
