Technical Manager

Responsibilities
 

• Supervise a technical team to manage mixed property portfolios
• Provide technical support including on renovation projects and defect taking services
• Supervise and manage on-site teams and contractors to ensure service quality of the highest standard
• Attend meetings with clients and IOs, including after office hours if necessary
• Assist the department head with operations and business development
• Prepare and manage technical budgets
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
   

Requirements
 

• Degree holder in Building Services Engineering or a related discipline
• At least 10 years' relevant experience, with 3 years at managerial level
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate Grade B or above preferred
• Well-versed in other relevant ordinances, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and H&S implementation
• Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Mature and responsible, with lots of initiative
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
   

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Technical Manager.
