Responsibilities

• Keep abreast of property market transactions and update stock information regularly
• Undertake analysis for property transactions and market intelligence
• Manage and maintain landlord and tenant database
• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis
• Assist in preparing proposals, reports, presentations
• Prepare marketing materials including flyer, brochure, web listing

Person Specification

• Degree holder in any discipline
• Experience in property industry
• At least 1 year’s of experience in research / marketing / managing and using databases
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, well-organized and attentive to details
• Able to work under tight deadlines
