Responsibilities
- Provide general secretarial and administrative support to the department
- Arrange meeting schedules and make travel arrangements
- Assist in preparing proposals, reports, presentations and other corresponding documents
- Handle visits and incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain filing system
- Assist in billing process
- Assist in invoicing and expense reports submission
- Help with daily operation management for the managers / executives
- Handle ad-hoc duties assigned
Person Specification
- Diploma holder, formal secretarial training an advantage
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Solid secretarial experience in serving sales teams preferred
- Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Attentive to detail, independent, and good time management skills
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
