We are happy to say that based on our long-term company growth we are looking for a new colleague - Commercial Real Estate Valuer. We seek a high-spirited personality interested in commercial property who will join our new valuation team. Responsibilities

  • Provide general secretarial and administrative support to the department 
  • Arrange meeting schedules and make travel arrangements
  • Assist in preparing proposals, reports, presentations and other corresponding documents
  • Handle visits and incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner 
  • Maintain filing system
  • Assist in billing process 
  • Assist in invoicing and expense reports submission
  • Help with daily operation management for the managers / executives
  • Handle ad-hoc duties assigned

 

Person Specification

  • Diploma holder, formal secretarial training an advantage
  • 1 year of relevant experience 
  • Solid secretarial experience in serving sales teams preferred
  • Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated 
  • A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Attentive to detail, independent, and good time management skills 
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin 
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
