Development Officer/Development Surveyor

Responsibilities
 

• Carry out valuation and land advisory services
• Prepare materials for property, business valuations and market research
• Prepare valuation, research, expert witness reports and feasibility studies
• Handle rating objections and appeals
• Handle land and lease administration matters
   

Requirements
 

• Degree holder in surveying, real estate or a related discipline
• At least 2 year's experience in property valuation and land administration matters 
• Post MHKIS / MRICS qualification experience an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attentive to detail, confident and a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin an advantage
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
   

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Development Officer.
