We are recruiting for an Operations Coordinator to join our Henley office.  This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operations individual that will be responsible for Office/Facilities Management, HR support, Office Administration and PA duties.


Acting as an ambassador for the office, you will wear many hats and will support the busy Henley team. Your remit will include new starters, organising welcome drinks, authorising holiday requests, liaising with maternity staff, supporting appraisals, absence cover, CV screening and announcing vacancies on the bulletin of the intranet.


You’ll manage diaries, screen calls, prepare documents, type letters, memos and minutes, organise viewings, organise travel, administer expense claims, local banking, invoicing and you’ll send out reports, correspondence and pitch documents.


With regards to facilities you will be responsible for Health & Safety, fire safety, furniture & equipment, build access, risk management, contingency plans and security.


You will have 3+ years experience in a similar role, with good IT skills including a minimum of 60 wpm, and experience with Word, Mail Merge, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
