We seek a high-spirited personality interested in commercial property who will join our new valuation team. Knight Frank is offering an exceptional opportunity to lead our prestigious Henley-on-Thames office - one of the flagship offices within our Country Sales Business. This role has arisen following Nick Warner’s decision to step aside after 7 years as Office Head to focus exclusively on prime and super prime property and clients along with waterside houses.

 

Nick has been a cornerstone of Knight Frank Henley, having created an outstanding legacy of market leadership, client success, and deep-rooted local expertise. His move into a client/agency focused role opens the door for an ambitious and dynamic individual to step into the role of Office Head, continuing to build on his success while driving the office into an exciting new era.

  • At least 7 years of experience in a Sales Manager or Office Head role.
  • Deep knowledge of the Henley-on-Thames and South Oxfordshire markets.
  • A proven track record in leading successful market appraisals and sales businesses.
  • The ability to manage and mentor a team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
