Responsibilities

 

Admin

· Management of Front desk, Reception of visitors, telephone answering and transfer

· Arrange couriers

· Procurement and management of office supplies and daily necessities

· Office daily environmental maintenance and supervision

· Assist with of staff activities

· Other affairs assigned by the supervisor

 

 

Personal Assistant:

1. prepare necessary documents and order business trip tickets.

2. assist in meeting arrangement and coordination.

3. responsible for affairs assigned by general manager Guangzhou

 

 

 

Human Resource:

· Prepare recruitment documents (Staff Requisition Form, Job Description, etc.).

· Post job openings to internal & external job boards in a timely manner.

· Screen CVs and conduct interviews of junior positions if needed.

· Assist in offer preparation and delivery and in management and analysis of recruitment channel and data.

· Assist in training coordination, such as training preparation, schedule confirmation, feedback collection and analysis.

· Assist in performance management process in regular performance review, annual performance review and probation performance management.

· New joiner & leaver’s management.

· Expatriates’ work and residence permit application and renewal.

· Maintain staff personal files and HR filing system.

· Support daily HR operation and prepare HR reports as required.

· Ad hoc HR reports / projects for China offices if necessary.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Person Specification

 

· Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years’ relevant experience

· Proficient in both Chinese and English

· Good communication skill

· Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT

· Responsible, and self-motivator with excellent service attitude
