You will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient support service to the Woolwich Sales and Lettings team, ensuring the smooth running of a busy office and providing an effective PA service to the Office Head.


The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Office Head with diary management, email and telephone management, travel booking, document preparation and expenses claims. Other duties include preparing PowerPoint presentations, minute taking, ordering supplies and assisting with new starters by ordering building passes, allocating cars and permits where necessary and organising training and logins. The successful candidate will also be responsible for assisting with marketing; promoting the office, coordinating advertising, updating the web page and social media accounts and preparing property brochures and window cards.


The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role with a solid administrative and organisational background. They will have excellent communication skills and be a flexible and pro-active individual who is a competent user of MS Office.
