We are looking for a highly organised and efficient individual to join our South West region and focus on managing our database of buyers.

 

The successful applicant will be expected to carry out a number of different roles, all with a focus on providing an excellent customer experience to our potential buyers and existing clients. The ability to adapt communication styles in order to appeal to a broad spectrum of people is essential, as is the ability to multi task and maintain excellent customer service while managing several different activities.  Organisation is key, as is a warm, professional manner as much of the time will be spent handling incoming calls to the office and following up buyers on our database.  As the first port of call for many customers, the successful candidate must be able to make a positive first impression and provide an exceptional service.

 

The role will include the following tasks.

 

- Managing our existing buyer database to ensure it is relevant and up to date.

- Ensuring that any potential business opportunities are extracted from the buyer database and referred to the relevant Knight frank department.

- Answering incoming calls and helping people with their enquiries.

- Registering new buyers to our applicant database and discussing the requirements in detail.

- Assist with viewing arrangements.

- Monthly reporting to the South West regional offices
