Knight Frank is looking to recruit a Negotiator into their successful South West & Home Counties Super Prime Department, which launched in April 2022.


After a successful year, the department is looking to expand, and this is a fantastic opportunity for someone to work in a fast paced, pro-active team, looking after best in class homes across Surrey & South West London.


The team pride themselves on offering the best service to their customers and are looking to recruit someone with a ‘can-do’ attitude, who is ambitious, pro-active and offers exemplary customer service.


You will be responsible for:


  • The day-to-day management of applicants, which will include generating and attending viewings and providing feedback to clients
  • Supporting the Head of Department with general day to day tasks
  • Generating new business for the department & wider business
  • Travelling between South West London, Esher, Cobham, Weybridge, Ascot, Virginia Water & surrounding areas
  • Build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality, and trust with prospective and existing clients


Particular Aptitudes/Skills Required


  • Experience in the South West London or Home Counties property market is advantageous but not essential
  • Ability to work independently, using initiative to identify potential opportunities and generate business.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car (car allowance provided)


Ideally you will have previous experience working as Negotiator and have been in the industry for at least 3 years. However, we are open to meeting with anyone who has worked within a customer service based industry.


Applicants should have excellent customer service skills, be highly driven and enthusiastic, with good attention to detail including time management and general organisation and administration.
