We seek a high-spirited personality interested in commercial property who will join our new valuation team. You will be responsible for:

 

  • The day-to-day management of applicants, which will include generating and attending viewings and providing feedback to clients
  • Supporting the Head of Department with general day to day tasks
  • Generating new business for the department & wider business
  • Travelling between South West London, Esher, Cobham, Weybridge, Ascot, Virginia Water & surrounding areas
  • Build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality, and trust with prospective and existing clients

 

Particular Aptitudes/Skills Required

 

  • Experience in the South West London or Home Counties property market is advantageous but not essential
  • Ability to work independently, with good time management, using initiative to identify potential opportunities and generate business.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • ARLA Qualified
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car (car allowance provided)

 

Applicants should have excellent customer service skills, be highly driven and enthusiastic, with good attention to detail including time management and general organisation and administration.
