Knight Frank is looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator into their busy and vibrant Esher office. This role will give you access to selling properties in and around the Esher area, as well as working collaboratively with our other Elmbridge offices.

We are looking for a highly capable agent, who is self-sufficient, self-motivated and has a passion for outstanding customer service. 

 

You will be responsible for:

 

  • The day-to-day management of buyers, which will include generating viewings and obtaining sales on properties.
  • Maintaining records on our internal database
  • Handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone and walk- ins, in a professional manner.
  • Conducting viewings with prospective buyers and following up on feedback from these

 

You will have experience working as a Sales Negotiator or have at least 2 to 4 years’ experience working in a sales or customer service driven role and will have excellent customer service skills. You must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with vendors and buyers, whilst also having a proven track record in closing deals. It would be beneficial to have a knowledge of the Surrey property market, with an up-to-date understanding of market trends, local property values and an awareness of the local competition.
