Based in our Esher office, the Residential Country department is looking to recruit a Head of Sales to be responsible for the profitable management of the office and successful management of the wider Sales team. The Head of Sales is responsible for the day-to-day running of the wider sales team, reporting to the country business and introducing new opportunities to generate further business. They will be a key business person that champions the teams wider value to the firm and ensures our customers receive the very highest level of service. They must feel confident engaging with senior stakeholders and senior management whilst understanding the business together with a keen awareness of the competition. 

 

We’re looking for a driven, confident and persuasive manager who has experience running a sales team within property. The ideal candidate will be assertive and have excellent communication skills, including the ability to drive and inspire a team to achieve short and long term goals. To be successful in this role you will have the ability to align the strategic direction of the team to the wider firm and be confident engaging with senior stakeholders and senior management.
