Knight Frank is looking to hire a Business Manager to join the Knight Frank Edinburgh Office.

Role:

The Knight Frank Edinburgh Residential Office is in search of a highly skilled business manager to join our team and help continue a tradition of unparalleled client, customer, and employee satisfaction. Based in our Queen Street office, we are looking for a candidate who will work with and support the Edinburgh sales teams with operational and organisational tasks. The ideal candidate will have a track record of outstanding management of day-to-day operations, including human resources and accounting processes. Ultimately, the business manager will be responsible for maintaining successful daily business practices. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise employee productivity and provide internal processes for improved efficiency.
  • Provide data analytics of sales and marketing to the Directors.
  • Work with department managers to develop long-term strategic initiatives and annual business plans.
  • Create and maintain rolling three-month plan for forecasting, targeting, and achieving sales targets.
  • Competitor analysis.
  • Support operations, including sales, marketing, and public relations.
  • Helping to foster a positive team spirit, supporting individual team members and arranging team social events to bring the team together at regular intervals.
  • Assisting with recruitment and human resource matters.
  • Managing the onboarding and offboarding of new joiners and leavers to the department.
  • Ensuring the team are equipped with stationery, Knight Frank collateral and furniture to be able to conduct their roles.
  • Manage customer journey improvement initiatives. Prepare reports for weekly and monthly meetings, MBOs and ad hoc requirements.
  • Conduct monthly reporting to assist with performance monitoring.

 

Key Experience Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Flexibility, adaptability and a co-operative attitude
