Valuation Surveyor

We are looking for a highly motivated Valuation Surveyor to join our expanding Valuations & Advisory Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious surveyor looking to progress their career within a busy team environment. Development and training will be provided to help you grow and achieve your full potential in this role and to develop your skills while gaining valuable experience working on high profile and interesting projects.

Role Responsibilities

• Working on valuation engagements, negotiations, inspections on all types of commercial property & land.
• Landlord & Tenant and related areas including rent reviews and lease renewal negotiations.
• Providing Clients with robust well-considered valuations and reports.
• Undertake independently, or assist with, completion of valuations to the highest professional standards.
• Contribute to the periodic review of team processes and procedures.
• Contribute to shared knowledge within the team and the wider group.

Qualifications & Requirements

• MRICS / MSCSI Chartered Surveyor or due to sit imminently.
• Knowledge of Argus Enterprise and Argus Developer Valuation packages.
• Professional presentation with good customer service and communication skills required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
