We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Investment Analyst to join our Residential Capital Markets team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast growing team. The successful candidate will have the ability to work on their own initiative as well as being a strong team player. Exceptional analytical and financial modelling skills are essential for this role.

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Financial modelling including investment valuations, sensitivity analysis, IRR/Cash on Cash calculations, joint venture and debt structuring
  • Preparing and assisting with deal specific proposals to clients
  • Drafting Investment Rationale, Deal Memos, Information Memoranda, Offer Letters, Due Diligence reports and other documents
  • Ad-hoc analysis and support as required by wider team and management
  • Background involvement with the Capital Markets Team in both sales / acquisition processes
  • Analysis and research of real estate assets of major Real Estate investors, identification of strategies and avenues for collaboration, including detailed analysis of existing and potential clients’ needs
  • Analysis of investment market in the context of quarterly updates, collection and analysis of market data from various international and local teams and other channels

 

Role Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Accounting or Real Estate
  • SCSI/RICS or QFA/CFA Qualified or studying towards 
  • Minimum 2 years proven previous experience in a similar role
  • Analytical and quantitative skills essential
  • Excellent financial/excel modelling skills
  • Effective communicator
  • Strong team player and also ability to work on own initiative
  • Working knowledge of data analysis/visualisation software would be beneficial but not essential
  • Capable of working to tight deadlines 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
