An opportunity has arisen for an experienced surveyor to join our growing Development Land department. This role is suitable for an individual who is looking to progress their career and gain first-hand experience in one of Ireland’s leading property firms. The successful candidate will be a team player who is keen to build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally, while providing an exceptional service our clients at all times.



  • Undertake inspections of properties for the purpose of viewings, measurement surveys and general property advice
  • Understand the business and have a sound industry knowledge together with a keen awareness of the competition
  • Maintain a high profile in order to obtain introductions from prospective clients
  • Build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality and trust with prospective and existing clients at all times in order to foster the professional image of the company
  • Manage current clients and contacts and source new leads
  • Adhere and contribute to due diligence activities, in line with the Company Policies and Procedures
  • Keep up to date with market movements, trends, analysis and pricing in the market; and undertake research to identify new leads and opportunities
  • Communicate fully with all stakeholders concerned to ensure that business is managed in an efficient and professional manner
  • Liaise with other key departments to cross sell clients and related services
  • Attend and represent the company at meetings or events, when required, some of which may be outside normal working hours
  • Provide support to the wider team and department directors as required



  • Property degree recognised by the PSRA
  • Chartered Surveyor or working towards qualification (SCSI/RICS)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of national and local planning policy
  • Capable of working to tight deadlines and on own initiative
  • Professional presentation with good customer service and communication skills required
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suits (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills & attention to detail is essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • Full clean drivers’ licence
