Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Knight Frank, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our organization's growth and success with a focus on UAE, Egypt and Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Your expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates will be pivotal in building a talented and diverse workforce.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, provide guidance on the selection process, create job descriptions, and establish candidate profiles.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and securing job offers.
- Proactively source and engage with potential candidates through job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and other channels.
- Conduct thorough screenings, competency based interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Share feedback with hiring managers regarding candidate suitability.
- Arrange candidate interviews with hiring managers. Seek and document feedback on interviewed candidates from the hiring managers and / or selection panel.
- Arrange for relevant approvals at various stages of the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience by providing clear communication, feedback, and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to advise on competitive compensation based on local market data.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, and make data-driven improvements to the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition, employer branding, and candidate sourcing methodologies.
- Foster relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations to enhance candidate pipelines.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote the organization as an employer of choice.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes, policies and procedures, including diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Additional duties and tasks as required.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Senior Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Prior exposure to the real estate or consultancy industry would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of the MENA employment market.
- Experience in recruiting within the markets of UAE, and Saudi Arabia is a must.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong team player with the ability to build relationships.
- The ability to understand and make use of computers and information technology (KF Internal Systems).
- Software: Microsoft Office programs to a proficient level
- Travel: Flexible attitude towards travelling.
