We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic, fast paced, and multidisciplinary business in the Middle East as our Content Marketing Specialist.


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Content Marketing Specialist to join our marketing and communications team. As the Content Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing marketing collateral, assets and processes, including executing social media campaigns that align with our overall marketing objectives, create compelling content as well as developing content strategies to engage with our target audience. We are looking for a dynamic self-starter, who will be at ease with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and managing stakeholder expectations, covering our business divisions with B2B, B2C & B2G client bases and will be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns and strategy that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and business growth for the business.


The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and possess exceptional organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, strategic output and a goal orientated mindset. Arabic is a plus.





You are expected to put the external client at the center of everything we do and assist the internal client achieve their objectives.


Key Responsibilities


  • Create and develop engaging marketing assets and collateral to support both the Marketing team and the Resi team with the promotion of properties, service line and aligned with  the KFME brand.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies that support our Resi marketing objectives and increase engagement with our target audience and grow our reach and follower bases.
  • Manage and support the Resi team with marketing their listings including marketing checklists, templates, social media training.
  • Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels, including but not limited to META and evaluate new social media platforms and channels.
  • Conduct social media analysis and audits to measure the success of content, identify trends that diversify content on content platforms that deliver social KPIs to drive lead gen for Prime Resi.
  • Collaborate with other members of the marketing team and the Senior Marketing Manager to ensure content aligns with overall marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices, and integrate them into our social media strategy.
  • Monitor competitor activity on social media and identify ways to drive more compelling resi content for our own social media presence.
  • Support resi digital advertising campaigns, including creating ad copy and content while adhering to global KFME digital brand guidelines.
  • Analyze and report on resi social media performance metrics in collaboration with the marcomms digital team, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting resi ad strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall brand.





  • You will cover/curate content on resi events where relevant, including, but not limited to client events
  • Open houses, brokerage events, roadshows, with the support of the team



Systems & IT competence


  • Microsoft Office suite
  • Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop & Premiere Pro) or similar
  • Social media listening tools (Hootsuite, Mention, Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Hubspot etc.)
  • Project Management software support desirable



Qualifications and Personal Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in content creation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic language skills would be a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences
  • Experience in managing social media advertising campaigns, including creating ad copy and targeting specific audiences
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a tea
  • Clear, creative, and logical thinker with exceptional writing and communication skills
  • Flexible, adaptable and with a co-operative attitude; able to work as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Enviable attention to detail
  • The ability and flair to manage and lead large scale multichannel projects with ease

  • Previous experience in the Dubai/UAE real estate industry
