Overview:

Our Private Office service line is currently looking to recruit a motivated and proactive Associate Partner to join the team. The Associate Partner will focus on residential transactions across Knight Frank’s international network, generating your own business through your existing network, recruiting new clients as well as supporting the management of existing clients. You will maintain a high professional profile within the market, built on trust and integrity. The role will be undertaken as part of a dedicated team focused on achieving set Key Performance Indicators.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Partners on the development of prime and super prime sales and lettings and Global Capital Markets.
  • Contributing to income generation for Middle East Private Office (PO).
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making. Present this information in writing to a high professional standard.
  • Present market research and updates to clients and their advisors in private or open public forums.
  • Contribute to business development including proposal writing and attending network events.
  • Attend pitches and help onboard new sales and lettings instructions.
  • Assist with email outbound and online/social marketing.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of clients and properties.
  • Client administration, management, and transaction support.
  • Assemble a shortlist of target ‘Tier 1’ clients.
  • Formulate and implement business strategies with the Partner in charge.
  • Communicate fully with all stakeholders and colleagues to ensure transactions are managed in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Liaise and network with members of other departments and get to know the individuals and their markets both for the purpose of obtaining information in support of valuations and also to keep an eye on cross-selling of business.
  • Refer business leads or other potential fee-earning opportunities into other parts of the regional and global business.
  • Build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality, and trust with prospective and existing clients at all times in order to foster the professional image of the Partnership.
  • Adhere to the partnership values and standards.
  • Deputise for the Partner in charge when they are not available.
  • Other tasks as may be required.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Language skills: Fluency in English, written and verbal. Fluency in Arabic would be preferred.
  • Certifications and Licenses: MRICS would be advantageous.
  • 10+ years’ experience in a transactional property role, ideally in the prime and super prime sectors in the UK, Middle East, or other international markets, with an existing client network Prior experience in a sales agency environment would be advantageous.
  • A bachelor's degree in Real Estate or a related field is advantageous.
  • Ability to quickly develop a general understanding and have a sound knowledge of all aspects of property values, and market movements, together with a keen awareness of local competition.
  • Ability to work efficiently and diligently in a fast-paced environment with a demanding client base.
  • Ability and willingness to accept responsibility for delegated tasks.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Understanding of regional business culture and regulations.
  • Flexibility in working with clients, teams, and projects across time zones and different working weeks.
  • The ability to understand and make use of computers and information technology (KF Internal Systems).
  • Software: Microsoft Office programs to a proficient level. Advanced proficiency in Word.
  • Travel: Regular travel throughout the Middle East, North Africa, or other locations as required.
