We seek a high-spirited personality interested in commercial property who will join our new valuation team. Our Country Business is looking to expand our teams within the Cotswolds. We are looking for exceptional agents for our market leading teams across some of the UK’s most sought after countryside in Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire. These are rare opportunities to secure roles in one of Knight Frank's leading groups of offices.

 

We are looking for experienced and highly capable agents who are self-sufficient, self-motivated, have strong leadership skills and are able to build relationships at all levels. They should have a strong track record in sales, and whilst a property background is preferred, it is not essential. Motivated and driven individuals who enjoy being part of an excellent team are the attributes we would like to see. The available roles would suit someone looking to transition or continue their property career; for those with existing experience, there is also a more senior role available with responsibility for their own team.

 

In particular we are looking for roles based within our Cirencester office, however the role will involve close collaboration with the sales teams in our Stow-on-the-Wold, Cheltenham and Oxford offices, alongside the wider business which will be vital for success. Full support will be provided by our high-performing operations team, and the role will report directly into our Regional Partner.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Obtain instructions on properties of a suitable quality and in sufficient quantity to achieve agreed business targets
  • Find buyers and negotiate the sale of properties
  • Understand the district and have a sound knowledge of contemporary property values together with a keen awareness of local competition
  • Research data accurately and present this information in writing to a high professional standard
  • Communicate fully with all concerned to ensure that sales are managed in an efficient and professional manner
  • Maintain a high profile in the community in order to obtain introductions to prospective clients
