Knight Frank is looking to hire an Associate – Rural Consultancy – to work collaboratively as part of our high-performance team and deliver unique outcomes for discerning clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Play a key role in our leadership team working as part of our dynamic, values driven rural consultancy in Kent.
  • Help lead clients and colleagues alongside young, dynamic and experienced professionals, delivering solutions to complex real-world problems.
  • Lead client relationships, delivering the highest level of service through the power of teams.
  • Help drive solutions to a rapidly evolving countryside, which faces change and opportunity in equal measure
  • Help mastermind a business development strategy.
  • Lead and explore Land Management opportunities at the cutting edge of our industry in areas such as regenerative agriculture, ecotourism, community engagement, new in-hand business ventures and nature solutions for clients.
  • Through strong business acumen, drive a high performance culture within our client’s and our own internal business.
  • Be a strategist and trusted advisor.
  • Be generous with your time, leverage knowledge within our team.
  • Be prepared to show thought leadership in the internal business and wider industry.
  • Don’t take yourself too seriously!

 

 

Key Experience Required:

  • Provide examples of solution driven results.
  • Demonstrate capability of creativity, managing both in-hand and let businesses.
  • RICS/CAAV experience desirable but not essential.
  • Highlight moments that have required negotiating creative outcomes from difficult problems.
  • Show experience in managing land for different objectives (food production, diversified business use, private enjoyment, environmental and sustainable).
  • Ways of developing new business, creatively and that show difference.
