We are seeking a motivated and analytical Strategy and Consultancy Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the real estate advisory industry, contribute to strategic projects, and support our consultancy efforts. As an intern, you will work closely with experienced professionals, participate in research and analysis, and assist in developing actionable recommendations for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and analyzing market data, trends, and competitive intelligence to support strategic decision-making.

• Utilize quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques to interpret data and identify key insights.

• Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals for internal and external stakeholders.

• Aid in the development of client presentations and support the preparation of consultancy deliverables.

• Participate in various strategic projects, providing research, analysis, and administrative support as needed.

• Work with different departments to support integrated solutions and ensure alignment with client objectives.

Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong interest in the real estate industry and a desire to learn more about strategy and consultancy.

• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

• Prior experience or coursework related to real estate research or market analysis is advantageous.

• Valid driver’s license and access to transportation.
