We are happy to say that based on our long-term company growth we are looking for a new colleague - Commercial Real Estate Valuer. We seek a high-spirited personality interested in commercial property who will join our new valuation team. Responsibilities

 

  • Provide cost and commercial services in the delivery of pre and post-contract projects.
  • Demonstrate Flexibility and the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Deliver post contract duties including payment certification, cost reporting.
  • Manage and update project budgets, issue client cost reports.
  • Take suitable commercial meeting minutes.
  • Work closely with clients, design teams and contractors to optimize solutions.
  • Exhibit experience of project procurement and differing routes available.
  • Possess A track record in delivering high quality services from inception to completion.
  • Display excellent verbal, numerical and report writing skills.
  • Work pre contract including; Quantity surveying, reviewing detailed measurements, sections of BOQs, handle tender query responses, manage the PQQ process with support and input into value engineering at each design stage.
  • Work post contract including being experienced in contract administration, comfortable on site walks/surveys with project teams, prepare cash flow reports, draft monthly payment recommendations and weekly commercial dashboards, managing variations and assist in closing out projects and claims / variations.

Professional Experience and Personal Skills Profile

 

  • 0 to 4 years of Previous experience working in the Middle East
  • Degree in related subject (BSc Quantity Surveying)
  • MRICS would be advantageous but not essential
  • Experience pre and post contract in project / program delivery teams
  • Use CostX, Excel and other Microsoft Office programs to an advanced level
