Knight Frank is looking to hire an ambitious and dedicated surveyor to join our Lease Advisory team based in our Bristol Commercial office.

Role:

The Bristol Lease Advisory team, established five years ago, has grown into a profitable, market-leading service offering strategic lease advice to a wide range of clients. They are now seeking an ambitious surveyor to support the team’s expansion across the South West, Midlands, and South Wales. The role involves client reporting, relationship management, site inspections, and advising on lease renewals, rent reviews, and related matters. While prior lease advisory experience is preferred, candidates with relevant commercial property experience will also be considered.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage our existing client base to achieve established objectives.
  • Maintain and build strategic client relationships.
  • Lead lease renewal, rent review and lease regear negotiations.
  • Assist in advising on our Lease Advisory capabilities and winning new instructions where appropriate.
  • Identify cross selling opportunities and introduce other service lines to existing clients.
  • Develop a sound market knowledge, understanding and application.
  • Preparing in depth reports for lease renewals, rent reviews and lease restructuring opportunities.
  • Work alongside the existing service line to grow the business offering.

 

Key Experience Required:

  • RICS membership preferred but not essential.
  • Previous experience in Lease Advisory preferable, but not essential.
  • Previous experience dealing with commercial Landlords and Tenants and related matters.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a diverse workload effectively.
