We seek a high-spirited personality interested in commercial property who will join our new valuation team. What We’re Looking For

We’re in search of a self-driven, ambitious agent with an understanding of the Bristol area and its surrounding rural regions. With 2 to 5 years of experience in sales or customer service, you’ll be confident, professional, and eager to embrace country property sales. Your passion for delivering exceptional service will drive your success, as you guide buyers and vendors through every step of the process.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Rural Sales Focus: Immerse yourself in the sale of charming rural cottages and grand country houses, ensuring that each property’s unique story is conveyed with care and enthusiasm.
  • Viewings & Sales: Arrange and conduct property viewings, tailoring your approach to suit both town and country buyers. Secure sales with finesse and professionalism.
  • Client Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with both vendors and buyers, offering the highest level of customer service and support throughout their journey.
  • Property Expertise: Stay up to date with local property trends, pricing, and competition to offer well-rounded advice and secure successful outcomes for all parties involved.

 

The Ideal Candidate

  • A track record of closing deals, with strong negotiation skills that deliver results.
  • A keen eye for detail, with the ability to balance rural charm and urban sophistication in your approach.
  • Self-sufficient and driven to exceed targets, while offering top-tier customer service.
  • Knowledge of the Bristol and surrounding rural markets will set you apart, although passion and determination are equally valued!
