We are looking for a Business Support Coordinator to join our Investment Lettings and Management department based in our Birmingham Office.

As a Business Support Coordinator, you will be working closely with the head of department and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of a very busy department. You will also provide effective and efficient property management for the Birmingham Lettings team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with property enquiries and viewing, putting forward offers and negotiating tenancy terms when required and drafting up all paperwork for new tenancies such as Tenancy Agreements
  • Registering deposits under the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and maintaining up to date records of deposit returns as part of the end of tenancy procedure
  • Dealing with routine and emergency maintenance reports and instructing the appropriate contractors
  • To deal with clients in a helpful and confident manner
  • General support to the team and office

You will have at least 6 months of experience in a similar administrative role. You will be confident and cheerful with the ability to communicate and deal with others at all levels in a polite and professional manner both on the phone and face to face. You will be flexible, self-motivated and organised with goof computing and administration skills. It is also important you have a strong interest in property. Overall, you will be adaptable and have a “hands on” attitude.
