We seek a high-spirited personality interested in commercial property who will join our new valuation team. Our Country Business is looking to expand our presence within the sought after Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire regions.

 

We are looking for an experienced and self-sufficient agent at either Senior Negotiator or Associate level who has a strong track record in winning instructions, negotiating deals, and building a sales business. This is a rare opportunity to secure an important role in our Country Business.

 

The ideal candidate is likely to have 4+ years’ experience working in a sales or customer service driven role. Full support will be provided by our high-performing operations team, and the role will report directly into Will Furniss, our Head of Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire Sales. Knowledge of these regions would be advantageous but not essential.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Obtain instructions on properties of a suitable quality and in sufficient quantity to achieve agreed business targets
  • Find buyers and negotiate the sale of properties
  • Understand the district and have a sound knowledge of contemporary property values together with a keen awareness of local competition
  • Research data accurately and present this information in writing to a high professional standard
  • Communicate fully with all concerned to ensure that sales are managed in an efficient and professional manner
  • Maintain a high profile in the community in order to obtain introductions to prospective clients
