We seek a high-spirited personality interested in commercial property who will join our new valuation team. We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Senior Sales Negotiator or Associate to join our prestigious and highly successful Ascot Sales office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing buyer interactions, generating property viewings, conducting Market Appraisals and achieving sales targets. The role demands excellent customer service skills and a good understanding of the Ascot, Virginia Water and Windsor areas.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage day-to-day interactions with buyers, including arranging viewings and securing sales.

• Conducting and leading Market Appraisals.
• Maintain accurate records on our internal database.
• Professionally handle enquiries from various channels, including internet, phone, and walk-ins.
• Conduct property viewings and follow up on feedback from prospective buyers.

Candidate Requirements


• Experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator, Valuer or Assistant Manager
• Exceptional customer service skills and a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with vendors and buyers.
• Demonstrated track record in closing deals.
• Knowledge of the Ascot property market, including current trends, property values, and awareness of local competition is advantageous.
• Self-sufficient, self-motivated, and driven with a passion for outstanding customer service.
