We seek a high-spirited personality interested in commercial property who will join our new valuation team. Are you ready to take charge of one of the most exciting property markets in the UK? Our UK Country Business is looking to recruit an exceptional Sales Agent to spearhead our Windsor market. This is a rare opportunity to work across both the vibrant town and the stunning rural countryside, handling a diverse range of properties – from stylish townhouses and quaint cottages to grand country estates in picturesque villages.

We’re searching for a seasoned agent with a proven track record of success in market appraisals, deal negotiation, and business development. You’ll be a natural leader who can inspire and grow market share, build lasting client relationships, and develop innovative strategies to drive success now and in the future.

 

You’ll be based in our Ascot office, working closely with the talented teams in Bucks & Herts, Henley and across our wider business. Full support will be provided by our high-performing operations team, and you’ll report directly to our Head of Home Counties, Edward Shaw.

 

The Ideal Candidate

 

  • A track record of closing deals, with strong negotiation skills that deliver results.
  • A keen eye for detail, with the ability to balance rural charm and urban sophistication in your approach.
  • Self-sufficient and driven to exceed targets, while offering top-tier customer service.
  • Knowledge of the Windsor and surrounding markets will set you apart, although passion and determination are equally valued!

 

Knowledge of the Windsor and Berkshire areas would be an advantage, but it’s not essential.
