Manager, Residential Prime Sales & Leasing
Responsibilities
- Marketing of residential properties for the purposes of sale and/or lease
- Cold calls on a regular basis
- Pitch for sole marketing appointments
- Update landlord/vendor of marketing activities
- Provide clients with periodic market updates
- Develop a network of clients
Job Requirements
- Qualifies to be registered as a salesperson with CEA
- Degree/ Diploma in Business/ Real Estate or related field
- Min. 5 year experience in a similar industry
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Must be able to work independently, be self-motivated and a team player
- Possess pleasant personality
- Able and willing to work on weekend when required
