Knight Frank is looking to hire an Internal Communications Executive to work with our European business based from 55 Baker Street. This role is focused on amplifying the Knight Frank message across our European ‘network’ to boost awareness, consideration, and equity.

Role:
The Internal Communications Executive will work with the Head of Marketing, Communications and Digital, Europe, Chair of Europe and European Strategy Board to develop communications strategies and plans to support the European business priorities. They will collaborate across Europe to prepare creative internal communications approaches to inspire and engage teams and individuals.
Responsibilities:
- Work independently to advise the European Leadership Team on strategic internal communications and approaches to engage our audience.
- Create innovative communication activity to involve, engage and motivate colleagues to deliver business priorities.
- Work as part of the European Marketing Team to enable a joined-up approach to European-wide communications across residential and commercial.
- Ensure a seamless flow of activity, to enable smooth and timely delivery of campaigns.
- Create internal communications plans to support activities, working with the European Leadership Team.
- Support change and transformation programmes for the divisions as needed.
- Support high profile activities such as town hall meetings, leadership updates, content for events and cascades.
- Work with the key European Country Heads to deliver strategic messaging to the European business
- Use data to measure success and to deliver strategic approach.
- Manage data to support internal comms approaches, such as engagement to provide insight on the effectiveness of messages and campaigns
Key Experience Required:
- 3+ years’ experience working as an internal communications professional
- Experience of working with Leadership Teams
- Experience of executing internal employee communications across a variety of channels
